Shipping & Delivery
At The Purple Sunset, each hamper is thoughtfully prepared to ensure the highest quality. Our standard
processing time is up to 7 working days, followed by a delivery period of 3-7 working days, depending on the
location.
We operate Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed.
Once processing begins-particularly for custom or personalized hampers-cancellations will not be accepted.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns or refunds for correctly fulfilled and undamaged orders.
In case of a wrong or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing
thepurplesunset.in@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will review the
situation on a case-by-case basis and arrange an exchange if necessary.
Product Substitutions
In the event of stock unavailability, we reserve the right to replace an item with one of equal or higher value
that aligns with the overall look and feel of the hamper.
We will inform you in advance wherever possible.
Shipping Delays & Non-Serviceable Areas
While we work closely with trusted courier partners to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur
due to unforeseen events (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, etc.).
Additionally, some pincodes may be non-serviceable. If your delivery address falls under this category, we
will inform you promptly and offer the best alternative available.
