We do not guarantee the availability of every item listed on our website.
6. Product Availability & Substitutions
All hampers and products listed on our website are subject to availability. We work with small-batch producers and artisanal brands, which means certain items may occasionally be out of stock. In such cases, The Purple Sunset reserves the right to replace the item with one of equal or higher value, while maintaining the overall look and aesthetic of the hamper. We will inform you in advance wherever possible.
7. Customization & Accuracy
For customized or personalized orders:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate spellings, names, and other details.
- Once an order is confirmed, no edits or changes are permitted unless approved by our team.
- Orders based on incorrect information provided by the customer are non-refundable.
8. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Full payment is required before your order is processed. We are not responsible for any payment issues caused by third-party gateways.
9. Shipping & Delivery

We are not liable for courier delays, force majeure events (like weather or strikes), or non-serviceable pin codes. Customers will be informed in case their delivery address cannot be serviced.
10. Order Cancellations & Returns
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been processed.
Customized or personalized hampers are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.
We do not offer refunds for correctly fulfilled undamaged products.
In case of defective or incorrect items, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. Each case will be reviewed individually, and an exchange will be offered if valid.
